MOORE, Oklahoma – Fire Engineering Editor-in-Chief Bobby Halton toured the scene of devastation in Moore, Oklahoma after a massive tornado struck the small Oklahoma City suburb killing 24 people.

Moore Fire Chief Gary Bird talks about how local fire and EMS personnel are coping, the scene of a rescue where 18 people were pulled alive from underneath the rubble of a medical center and the spirit of service by all fire and EMS personnel throughout Oklahoma.

Halton also provides a reminder that PIOs should be reviewing their basics when it comes to be prepared to address the media during times of natural disasters.
