SEATTLE — A man was injured early Sunday morning after he was struck and claimed he was passing by a parking pay station where an attached explosive device detonated, according to the Seattle Police Department.
Police said their 911 center received a call around 12:30 a.m. from the emergency room at Swedish Hospital in Ballard of a report that a man had been injured in an explosion.
