Ohio Paramedics Join More than 250 EMS Companies Providing Aid to East Coast

EAST LIVERPOOL, Ohio -- Lifeteam ambulance deployed six ambulances and 12 paramedics to Fort Dix, N.J., where they joined up with more than 250 other ambulance companies and paramedics providing aid to the storm-affected East Coast, according to The Review.

At Fort Dix, they were given paperwork, tracking equipment and their missions.

From there, they were sent to various stations. Some were sent to the Bronx in New York, where more than 30 ambulance companies are being housed at Harry S. Truman High School.
