Colorado Springs, CO - The National EMS Memorial Service today announced it has entered the final phases of its Memorial Building Project and is seeking design proposals for the new National EMS Memorial to be constructed in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
This project is proposed as a phased project. The current phase will consist of artist selection with the final selected artist completing all research and design requirements for the commissioned piece. The second phase will be the fabrication and installation phase of the project.
The deadline for initial applications and materials is 5:00 p.m. MDT, Friday, May 27, 2011.
