Michigan Paramedic Chases Drunk Driver Who Sped Off with Kids

The medic chased the man for about a mile before he finally pulled over

FLINT, Mich. -- A Flint man was arraigned Wednesday on charges that he led a sheriff's deputy on a drunken police chase while his two young children were in the car.

Shawn J. Buterakos, 39, is charged with third-degree fleeing and eluding and operating under the influence of liquor with an occupant under the age of 16. He could face up to five years in prison.
