Massachusetts Town's Ambulances All Break Down at Once

The breakdowns left the town dependent upon mutual aid for more than two days

NORWELL, Mass. — Over the first weekend of August, Norwell had all three of its available ambulances break down at the same time, leaving the town dependent upon mutual aid for over two days.

“Within 24 hours of each other,” Norwell Fire Chief Andy Reardon said, “they were all broken.”
