ST. LOUIS – KMOV reports that a off-duty St. Louis City Emergency Medical Technician is in critical condition after a drive-by shooting.
Authorities report that the shooting happened at approximately 10:15 p.m. Wednesday night near the area of Midland Boulevard and Balson Avenue in University City.
Police report that the victim was taking his laundry to a nearby laundromat when the shooting happened. KMOV states that witnesses reported two cars opening fire on the street.
Police report that the incident appears to be a random shootin and an investigation is underway.
