DUQUESNE, Pa. - The 77-year-old chief of emergency medical services in the Pittsburgh suburb of Duquesne has died while responding to a car crash. Duquesne EMS chief Harry Moore died shortly after he responded to a multiple vehicle crash on Thompson Run Bridge near the Kennywood Park amusement complex Sunday night.
Mayor Phil Krivacek said Moore had heart problems and it's believed he had a heart attack at about 7:30 p.m. He died a short time later at UPMC Braddock Hospital.
