LANCASTER, Ohio -- A state audit released Tuesday has found that a Lancaster ambulance service owes Ohio s Medicaid program more than $13,000 in reimbursements it shouldn t have received.
The office of Auditor Mary Taylor tallied findings for recovery at $13,117 from Mid-Ohio Ambulance Service Inc., which provides ambulance and ambulette transportation. That total accounts for $10,868 in reimbursements plus $2,248 in interest.
