FDNY EMS Retirees Association, INC Call for Donations

FDNY EMS Retirees Association, INC | | Thursday, December 13, 2012

As the days grow long we hear more and more stories of sadness, people in the NY area devastated by Hurricane Sandy.  Members of this association have lost everything they owned, homes, cars, computers, photos, personal items and heirlooms.   Memories, forever gone. Some, have tales of survival that will just leave you in tears.  Some, had no insurance, others it will never be adequate to cover their losses.

So we come to you today to ask you two things, one, to forward this email to everyone you know so we can get them to help us, and two, for you to make a donation through our website or mail us a gift card to our PO Box, FDNY EMS Retirees Association, INC  PO Box 260153 Bellerose, NY 11426.

Our Association was founded not just to support first responders, but as a disaster relief organization, organized and incorporated under 501c3 of the IRS code and was founded to help in disaster relief after 9/11.  We are a not for profit, designated to assist with these kinds of services specifically.  So all your donations are also tax deductible and you can be sure your money will find its way directly to those in need.  We thank you for your continued support, and generosity.
