ESO Solutions Acquires JefBar Billing and Dispatch Software

ESO Solutions, Inc., the leader in pre-hospital electronic medical record (EMR) software solutions, announces the acquisition of JefBar Software Services innovative pre-hospital billing and dispatch software. This creates a premium end-to-end software solution for the emergency medical services and mobile health industry.
 
“The team at JefBar have clearly built a platform that is preferred by our customers and revenue recovery partners,” said Chris Dillie, President and CEO of ESO Solutions. “ESO’s new billing and dispatch platform will continue to be capable of sending and receiving data from the ESO EMR and all other pre-hospital EMR software solutions,” continued Mr. Dillie.
 
"For several years ESO and JefBar have exchanged data to provide customers with a quality experience. However, this acquisition will allow ESO to provide an unprecedented level of integration and functionality," states Chris Berg, Vice President of Billing and Dispatch at ESO Solutions.
