Fall River, MA – EMS patient EKGs conducted with ZOLL X Series® monitor/defibrillators and integrated with AmbuPro EMS® ePCR, makes patient EKG recording, comparison, sharing and interpretation a breeze for EMS professionals.

Through a new integration developed by OCI Software, developer of AmbuPro EMS, an advanced and highly intuitive ePCR and incident management solution for EMS professionals, users can now upload and attach cases from ZOLL X Series monitors directly to their patient care report in AmbuPro EMS. In addition, AmbuPro EMS allows the user to select mapped Events (Procedures) and Vital Signs and to import the data directly to the patient care report. Such functionality will further streamline the documentation process, improving time and accuracy, and provides instant access to current and past patient EKGs for both a real-time and historic view of repeat patients’ recorded rhythm strips.

“It is our goal to do whatever we can to support streamlined patient care reporting for EMTs. Seamless and complete integration with the ZOLL cardiac monitors, along with the other monitor/defibrillator integrations we have built, is vital to empowering first responders and emergency room personnel with patient encounter data, enabling them to make the best patient care decisions possible,” said Doug Furtado, Chief Operating Officer at OCI Software.

AmbuPro EMS software instantly puts vital patient and incident information at the fingertips of  fast-moving EMS personnel, without ever requiring an Internet connection for full program functionality. EKGs can be automatically pulled into the current patient care incident report, stored, and even compared side by side with a previously recorded EKG that was conducted for the same patient.
