The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) has presented USAID’s 2011 Global Development Alliance Excellence Award to “Helping Babies Breathe (HBB).” HBB is a partnership with Laerdal Medical, the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), Save the Children, the Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD).
