San Diego, CA, May 31, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Aeromedevac, Inc. announced its plan to be the primary air ambulance provider at SCORE International's upcoming race, June 1st - 3rd, in Ensenada, Mexico.

Now in its 39th year as the world's foremost desert racing sanctioning body, the iconic racing extravaganza event will be a loop race starting and finishing in Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico. Over 250 cars, motorcycles, trucks, and ATVs will compete on 500 miles of Baja's rugged terrain.

"We're pleased to be the primary air ambulance provider, once again, to SCORE International Off-Road Racing, during its oldest and most well known of all the desert races," said Adam Williams, President of Aeromedevac, Inc. "Aeromedevac Inc., has been providing air ambulance services to races in this region for 14 years and we're confident that this race will mark another year of success for our team."

Aeromedevac, Inc. will be stationed on-site in Ensenada for the duration of the race.

While Aeromedevac's medical crews work out of the aircraft, there will also be team members on the ground assisting with the communication, coordination and transportation of all medical transports during the races.

"Our teams have become a fixture at these events and this is a chance for us to help make a difference for a very exciting race day," said Williams.

SCORE International is an off-road sanctioning body in the sport of desert racing and is famous for this flagship event, The Baja 1000.
