HOUSTON -- Dorcia Moore was taking care of her 7-week-old godson Jay on Friday. She said she tried to wake him from a nap just before noon, and that s when her hellish nightmare began.

I picked him up and I was saying 'Jay, Jay,' but he was like cold, stiff, said Moore.

She started CPR.

She and neighbors repeatedly called 911, according to Moore.

We all waited for 911, kept calling 911 and nobody responded. I had everyone help. I said you all call 911 so they can get here. They never made it, said Moore.
