Q: I’m having trouble posting a comment in an article. How can I fix this?
A: Check the character count for your comment. Comments can be a maximum of 2,000 characters. If it’s more than 2,000 characters, please delete the extra. A: Your first issue usually arrives six- to eight-weeks from the time you place your subscription order.
Q: When does your monthly issue arrive each month?
A: Our domestic issue delivery varies based on the ship date. We generally ship our magazines out within the first 8-10 business days of the month. Our publications are mailed through the USPS via second-class mail. Second-class mail can take up to 10-12 business days from the ship date to arrive.
Our international subscribers usually experience a three- to six-week delivery time (from the ship date). This time frame will vary based on country of delivery. Please note, we do offer air-mail delivery for faster service. Air mail delivery allows your magazine to be delivered within three to five business days.
Q: I didn’t receive my issue this month. What should I do?

Q: Why do I receive renewal statements so far in advance?
A: We provide your first renewal statement approximately four months before your subscription expires. This allows time for renewal processing. This time frame helps avoid any interruption in delivery.
